My experience at the AI camp with Cradis was a paradigm shift in the way I think as a digital product designer. What I liked most was how you succeeded in transforming a complex topic like AI
“منحة الـ AI لتجربة المستخدم من كراديس تعتبر ثالث تجربة إلي ويه كراديس، وبصراحة بكل مرة أشوف أكو تطور واضح بالمحتوى وطريقة التدريب والتنظيم. الشي اللي المميز فعلًا إنهم يحاكون واقع السوق مو مجرد معسكر تدريبي وخلاص، لا… يهيئون الشخص للشغل الحقيقي وطريقة التفكير المطلوبة بسوق العمل. وأكثر نقطة عجبتني إن التركيز مو بس على الـ technical skills، وإنما هم يهتمون بالـ soft skills مثل التواصل، طريقة عرض الأفكار، الشغل ضمن فريق، وإدارة الوقت… وهاي المهارات برأيي ما تقل أهمية أبدًا عن الجانب التقني لأن الاثنين يكملون بعض بسوق العمل.”
رأيي في معسكر كراديس – تجربة غيرتني فعلًا
كراديس بالنسبة لي ماكنتش مجرد معسكر بنتعلم فيه شوية معلومات ونمشي، كراديس كانت مجتمع متكامل بيشتغل على تطويرنا من جميع الجوانب. اتعلمنا فيها أصول العلم، وأخدنا تدريب عملي حقيقي، واشتغلنا في محاكاة واقعية لسوق العمل، سواء كنا بنشتغل كأفراد أو كفريق. في معسكر الـDesign System، عمري ما كنت أتخيل إن خلال شهرين ونص ممكن أوصل للمستوى اللي وصلت له.من حد عنده معلومات بسيطه عن مبادئ الديزين و الصفر معلومات عن الـFigma Variables، وانتهيت بمشروع تخرج كامل ومحترم، وفي وقت قياسي! وده ماكنش حيوصل لولا الدعم الكبير من كل الناس الجميلة اللي اشتغلت معانا:

It was an experience beyond my expectations in terms of focusing on the things that help me establish myself correctly in the job market. You will not find boredom in any session. They are all focused and prepared from Before people who were deeply contemporary with Al-Andastari and had experience that made them help trainees master the things they lacked.

Engineer Muhammad Al-Arif: For his honesty and transparency, and his great keenness to convey information in a practical and clear manner. And every minute of his time He assigned her to me as a mentor, and she made a big difference to me, both in terms of understanding and in terms of thinking as a responsible designer.
Engineer Osama Al-Darini: For his simplified and clear explanation, through which he was able to make me understand a rich and complex subject easily, and apply it with confidence.
This camp completely exceeded my expectations.
I went in thinking I had a good vision, but I came out with a completely different mindset, that of an organized designer, who knows how to link every visual decision to a scalable system and build on it.
The most important points that taught me a lot:
The content was organized and structured in a smart way. Even if you do not have a technical background, you understand and apply it because the approach is gradual and establishes you correctly, step by step, from concept to application.
Practical application was the heart of the experience, especially the traps and problems we fell into during the workshops, which were intentional. Muhammad lets us go through it, so that we can learn from the mistake and remember it in real professional practice.
The connection between design, tokens, components, and systems was done in a deep and thoughtful manner. I learned how to build a product that is not only beautiful, but supported by a design system that serves the team and saves time and effort in the long term.
At the end of the camp, I came up with an actual product, built from scratch, using all the concepts and tools we had learned. This is not a small achievement, this is a turning point.
A heartfelt thank you to the Cradis team, thank you to Mohammed and Osama, and thank you to every colleague who has been with me on this journey.
