Integrity Policy at Cradis.co

This policy aims to clarify the importance of all beneficiaries of the Cradis platform's services adhering to integrity in the e-training environment, and to clarify the forms of integrity violations and the procedures and penalties taken by the Cradis platform when integrity is violated in the e-training environment, as well as to reduce the occurrence of such violations.

The concept of integrity and the importance of commitment to it

Integrity is a fundamental requirement in all transactions within the entity, emphasizing the importance of honesty and integrity for every individual in the electronic training environment, including trainers, trainees, and administrators. It is an ethical system for trainers, trainees, and all employees of the entity that organizes their work and provides them with principles and principles that control their behavior. Integrity encompasses many topics, the most important of which are combating cheating in tests, stealing research, submitting projects not produced by trainees, manipulating results, bias, falsifying documents, or circumventing laws. Therefore, anything that violates the rights of others and contributes to providing misleading information or inauthentic projects is a violation of integrity.

Forms of integrity violations and actions taken
1. Test cheating: This involves using illegal means to obtain answers or information during electronic tests. Illegal means can include accessing prohibited materials or communicating with others for help.
2. Research theft: This involves using research or material taken from other sources without reference to the original source or without obtaining proper permission.
 
3. Presenting inauthentic projects: This involves presenting works or projects that are not the trainee's own creation but are the product of others without any reference to them.
 
4. Outcome manipulation: This includes altering outcomes in illegal ways or manipulating them in ways that serve an individual or illegal interest.
 
5. Bias: Giving unfair treatment or advantage to one person over another due to factors such as personal relationships or favoritism without regard to fairness and equality.
 
6. Forgery of documents or circumvention of laws: This includes forging or manipulating documents in illegal ways for illicit gain or to bypass laws and regulations.
 
Actions taken in case of violation of integrity

1. Internal Investigation: An internal investigation is conducted to verify allegations and information related to integrity violations.

2. Account suspension or exclusion: If the violation is confirmed, the person involved's account may be permanently suspended or excluded from using the platform's services.

3. Repeated retraining or lecture: A penalty may be imposed under which the person involved must retrain or lecture during which integrity was violated.

4. Submitting reports: Reports on cases of violation are submitted to the relevant authorities if necessary, such as educational or legal authorities.

5. Awareness and Education: Awareness and education are being promoted about the importance of integrity and everyone's commitment to it to avoid such violations in the future.
