When I registered at Camp Cradis, I expected to learn new concepts and tools and develop my skills as a user experience designer, but what happened completely exceeded my expectations because the camp was not just theoretical education Or traditional sessions, but it was an integrated practical experience in which I lived the role of the designer in a completely realistic way, as if I was actually working in a real work environment. This thing made me add the camp experience in the practical experiences section of my CV instead of it being in the training courses section only
During the camp, we worked on real projects and went through all the stages of user experience design very intensively. We started by collecting data and conducting research with stakeholders and real users to understand their needs. Then we learned how to analyze this data and identify the basic problems that we need to address. After that, we moved to the stage of generating ideas, formulating appropriate solutions, and designing effective prototypes
Another advantage of the camp is that it brings you together with teams with diverse experiences and cultures, and this has helped me develop my communication and teamwork skills significantly
The experience was like an actual simulation of the labor market. I learned things from it that I would never gain from theoretical education alone. ما كنت متخيّلة إنه في ناس عنجد عندهم هالصبر وطولة البال بالتعليم. مع إنه الكورس مش معمول للمبتدئ، بس فعلياً ببلّشوا معك من تحت الصفر، مش من الصفر! طريقة الشرح فيها تسلسل بالأفكار بطريقة جميلة ممتعة وكل تفصيلة محسوب حسابها.
بتلاقي منسقين دايماً متابعين معك خطوة خطوة، وبتشتغل على تاسكات فعلاً متعوب عليها، بتخليك تطبّق وتفهم مش بس تسمع المعلومة، اليوم بقدر أحكي بثقة من أحلى وأقوى التجارب التعليمية اللي مريت فيها. شكراً كراديس.
المعسكر ده خلاني أعيد تفكيري في أبسط الحاجات زي اللون والخط والمقاسات
اتعلمت إزاي الـ Design Tokens مش بس بتوفر وقت، لكن كمان بتحافظ على الهوية، وبتسهل التعاون بين الـ designers والـ developers.

Honestly, before anything else, there was a great effort from all the people in charge of the course. Thank you very much to Mr. Muhammad Al-Aref for his great effort with us.
Explaining the ux made a big difference to me and I learned things There are many things I did not know and I did not know how to apply or use them before, and even what I knew was modified in a more correct way that suits the labor market!
As for the ui part, I am very excited and enthusiastic about the way Eng. Mahmoud Fikry explained it. Overall, I am happy to be at Camp Cradis and happy with the activities we are doing with the team.
