Stage Twoالاستراتيجية وجمع المعلومات (أبحاث المستخدم)
- التعرف علي اهداف العمل للمنتج او الخدمة عن طريق اجراء مقابلات اصحاب المصلحة
- انواع اصحاب المصلحة وكيفية الوصول اليهم
- قوانين كتابة اسئلة مقابلات اصحاب المصلحة والاخطاء الشائعة وكيفية تجنبها
- ادارة جلسة مقابلة صاحب المصلحة
- التعرف علي احتياجات المستخدمين والمشاكل التي تواجههم ( User needs, Pains, and Problems)

- تحديد المشكلات ووضع اولويات لها تجهيزاً لمرحلة ايجاد الحلول

- التفكير في المشكلات وتحليلها وايجاد الحلول لها (HMW’s & Crazy 8s Technique)
- تحويل الحلول الي مميزات يمكن تصميمها للمنتج (Features list)

Candidates in this category receive 100% financial support, but they must pay a fee to ensure seriousness, which will be refunded at the end of the scholarship if they comply with the conditions.

How can I apply and participate in this scholarship?

Can I choose the right scholarship type for me?
No, we determine the type of scholarship that is right for you based on a comprehensive study of your condition. After you are accepted, we will contact you via email to inform you of the type of scholarship you have received.
If I am not accepted into this scholarship, can I apply again?
Of course! Failure to accept a particular scholarship does not affect your chances of future scholarships. We encourage you to apply for any new scholarship we announce, and we wish you all the best.
