Scholarship UX/UI Audit Bootcamp It gives you a practical path to mastering the basic skills required in user experience research (UX Research) and testing digital products to see what problems and gaps exist and how to fix them through a realistic project divided over five weeks. Every week we learn in practice some research skills and tools and produce real outputs that you can add to your Portfolio.

  • 10 Usability Heuristics app to detect usage issues, determine the severity of each issue and prioritize.  
  • Watch users while using digital products to discover usability issues associated with ease of use.  
  • Structured comparison with selected competitors to extract gaps in your application, learn from competitors and find opportunities for improvement.  
  • Quickly test design alternatives and measure user preferences.  
  • Transforming the results into a short story that links the evidence to recommendations and the impact on action indicators.

Your educational journey - step by step towards mastery

Effective learning requires a clear and thoughtful plan. So we designed a gradual educational journey that starts with you from the basics and moves you towards mastery and professionalism. Each stage is carefully designed to build your skills with confidence and give you a practical understanding applicable to real-life projects from day one.

Together we will learn how to research the 10 Usability Heuristics and how to apply them in practice.

Writing Findings is clear: define the problem and its impact on the user experience.

Severity Rating: Evaluation criteria and severity scores for the specific problem.

Prioritization: تحديد الأولويات بناءً على شدة المشكلات وتأثيرها على تجربة المستخدم.

Recommendations: Write recommendations for each specific problem.

Report Creation: Preparing the Heuristic Evaluation Report.

When do we choose an unsupervised test instead of a controlled test.

Scenarios writing is clear and correct for the tasks to be tested and free of any biases.

Set up tools and collect video/data (screen recording, snapshots, notes).

Analysis: Coding notes, grouping issues, and prioritizing.

Post-Test Survey: Likert questions and quick measurements (such as SUS or UMUX-Lite).

Triangulation: Link Week 1 results to test results to confirm identified issues.

Identify direct and indirect competitors and selection criteria.

Benchmark Framework: Definition of criteria, weights, and a 1-5 point system.

Sources of evidence: official websites, app stores, user reviews, actual footage and experiences.

Convert results to shareable Benchmark Matrix / Scorecard.

Extract Best Practices and identify executable Gaps.

Preparing the work to be tested (Screens, Copy, Ideas) and standardizing between versions.

Randomization and order bias reduction to ensure reliable results.

Preference questions with "Why?" To extract the motivations behind the choice.

Transforming the results into a clear, evidence-justified design decision.

Capacity structure: problem → evidence → opportunity → recommendation.

Linking recommendations to action indicators.

Building the final report and identifying its most important elements (Report).

Presentation Aesthetics: Focus on the design and aesthetic aspects of the report.
