Intellectual property rights principles on the Karadis platform
The Authority is committed to intellectual property and publishing rights in what is published on the training platform.
● Coaches and the like are bound by property rights when developing content.
● If open content is used, the source is mentioned.
● The Authority is committed to examining the content of all courses or programs and the work of trainees and ensuring that they are free of intellectual property violations.
Cradis Platform Policy on Allowing Content Publication
● It is prohibited to publish any content that exposes people or institutions or shows them in a bad way.
● It is prohibited to infringe on or quote intellectual property content without permission or approval.
● It is prohibited to publish any content that violates religious or moral teachings.
● It is prohibited to publish any content that affects national unity (racist, sectarian, tribal....).
Actions taken by the Cradis platform in the event of a violation of intellectual property rights
Investigation: Reports and complaints related to intellectual property rights violations are examined to determine their validity and the extent of their impact on the content.
• Notification of the offending party: The offending party is notified of the alleged violation and requested to immediately stop using the offending content.
• Content removal: If the violation is confirmed, the violating content will be requested to be removed from the training platform.
• Taking legal action: In the event of non-cooperation by the offending party or continued violation of intellectual property rights, appropriate legal action is taken in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Compensation for damages: Measures may be taken to compensate for damages arising from cases of infringement of intellectual property rights, if there are financial or non-material damages. These principles apply to all beneficiaries of the services of the Karadis platform, and we are committed to ensuring the application of these principles, as are all employees of the entity. Any violation of these principles exposes the violator to disciplinary action according to the procedures followed in the Karadis platform in accordance with the procedures of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property
