Integrated Interactive Path Terms and Offers
This policy regulates the terms and conditions to which both Cradis (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and Subscriber (hereinafter referred to as the "Trainee") are bound when enrolling in the Integrated Interactive Track in Digital Product Design and User Experience Powered by Artificial Intelligence. The trainee's registration in the track and payment of fees (in full or one of the installments) constitutes his express approval of all provisions contained in this policy.
Registration and subscription conditions
1. The trainee must be eighteen years of age at the time of registration, or obtain the approval of a guardian if he is below that.
2. The trainee acknowledges that the data he provides upon registration (name, email, phone number, etc.) is correct, accurate and up-to-date, and he alone bears responsibility for any error or deficiency therein.
3. Trainee registration and payment of fees-in full or in installments-is final acceptance of all terms of this policy.
4. The trainee is given a personal account on the platform immediately upon confirmation of registration, and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of login data and not sharing it with any third party.
5. In the event that any sharing of login data or unauthorized use of the account is discovered, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account immediately without refunding the fees, while reserving its right to take all necessary regulatory and legal measures in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Fees and payment options
1. Fee value
The value of subscribing to the integrated interactive path for designing digital products and user experience supported by artificial intelligence is determined according to what is announced on the official path page at the time of registration, including value-added tax. This amount covers all six camps, and there are no additional or hidden fees for the subscription itself, except for any external costs that the trainee may incur to implement the track requirements, such as subscribing to tools and programs.
Important notice: The track may require the trainee to subscribe to external tools and programs he needs to implement application sessions and projects. The costs of subscribing to these tools are the sole responsibility of the trainee and are separate from the track fees. The list of tools required for each camp is announced before it begins so that the trainee is aware of them.
2. Payment options
The trainee has two payment options:
• Full payment: Pay the full track value in one go upon registration.
about the down payment Installments on the value in equal monthly installments, without any interest or additional fees. The first payment is withdrawn upon registration, and subsequent payments are withdrawn monthly according to the schedule agreed upon upon subscription.
3. Payment obligations in installments
• The trainee is obligated to make all payments on the specified dates, even if he decides to stop following the path, as the service is considered to have been provided immediately after the content is made available.
• If any payment is delayed for more than 7 days, the platform has the right to temporarily suspend the trainee's access to the content until payment is completed.
• If payment is delayed for more than 30 days, the platform has the right to terminate the subscription without refunding previous payments, and to take legal measures to collect the amounts due.
Track Recovery Policy
Since registration for the track constitutes a reservation of the trainee seat and an allocation of the human and operational resources necessary to implement the camps, the fees paid are not refundable in any case after completing the registration process and making the first payment.
1. The reason for adopting this policy
The platform receives a limited number of trainees on each track, as the camps rely on live interactive sessions led by specialized experts. Once the trainee registers and pays the fees, the platform begins allocating the necessary resources to host him, including reserving his seat, preparing educational materials, and coordinating schedules with trainers and coordinators. This seat is also closed to other potential trainees. When each camp starts on its announced date, the trainee gets full access to the educational content of the track he participated in only, including recordings of previous sessions and links to live sessions of subsequent camps of the same track, without any other content related to other tracks or courses offered by CDs. Accordingly, the non-refund policy is based on the following:
• Reserve the seat and close it to other potential trainees once registered.
• Allocating human resources (trainers and coordinators) and preparing educational materials to serve the trainee registered in the specified track.
• The provisions of the Saudi e-commerce system and its executive regulations regulating cases of exception to the right of withdrawal for services of a private nature, including services related to reserved seats in events or courses with specific dates.
2. Explicit acknowledgment and consent
By completing the registration process, the trainee expressly acknowledges that:
• Review the track description, content and full duration before registering.
• He requests to reserve his seat on the track, agrees to allocate the necessary human and operational resources for him, and to begin implementing the service on the dates announced for each camp.
• Waives his right to withdraw or refund fees under this policy.
3. Exceptional cases
The platform considers a partial or full refund only in the following exceptional cases, after verification and management approval:
• Technical error: The trainee was unable to enter the platform due to a technical malfunction on our part that was not resolved within 14 working days of reporting it.
• Cancellation by the platform: Cancellation of the entire route by Cradis before the start of the first camp, and the full amount will be refunded.
• Double payment: In the event that the amount is repeatedly withdrawn from the trainee's account as a result of an error in the payment system, the repeated amount will be refunded without delay.
Rights and duties of both parties in the process
1. Cradis Obligations
• Providing educational content for the six camps with the announced quality and duration.
• Provide periodic follow-up from the team of coordinators during the track period.
• Granting the trainee a graduation certificate upon completion of the requirements of each camp.
• Protect the trainee's personal data and do not share it with third parties without his consent, except as required by law.
2. Trainee obligations
• Pay fees on time according to the chosen payment option.
• Adherence to standards of professional conduct and respect for trainers and other trainees.
• Do not record, copy, or rebroadcast educational content by any means, or share it with any third party.
• Notify the platform immediately upon discovery of any hacking of his account or unauthorized use.
