Investigation: Reports and complaints related to intellectual property rights violations are examined to determine their validity and the extent of their impact on the content.
\u2022 Notification of the offending party: The offending party is notified of the alleged violation and requested to immediately stop using the offending content.
\u2022 Content removal: If the violation is confirmed, the violating content will be requested to be removed from the training platform.
\u2022 Taking legal action: In the event of non-cooperation by the offending party or continued violation of intellectual property rights, appropriate legal action is taken in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
\u2022 Compensation for damages: Measures may be taken to compensate for damages arising from cases of infringement of intellectual property rights, if there are financial or non-material damages. These principles apply to all beneficiaries of the services of the Karadis platform, and we are committed to ensuring the application of these principles, as are all employees of the entity.
